ZCCM-IH Miner Angry with CEO Pius Kasolo

My good contacts is telling me how it seems our ceo Dr pius kasolo is not being watched professionally to make sure he is good for the company..... Why........ They is saying it seems it was his plan from the beginning to have the position and make our company zccm his personal travel fund and bank account for his family to get educations....... How...... Well they tells me he moved himself into a good position to be free to act as he like by changing our company rules so he as ceo can be on the board... the ceo is on the board that is supposed to monitor the ceo!!!! We see how many ways he is bad for our company but he is not made to be good..... Please please for the goods of our people and beautiful country that is like garden of Eden with all good things God gave us......stop dr.  Kasolo from being our ceo when his contract finish. Please

So as my contacts is reminding me already the year of our lord 2017 is going fast and we are nearly in September. ..... Their new questions to be is asking why the high up corridors are not clear what will happen with our ceos contract...... see it is known Dr.  Kasolos contract will be finished in October so we wants to know if a proper review is going on to see if he made good or bad choices??? Buying trinity house? Buying investrust? Putting money in cement project that didn't start? Buying new house and car for ceo? After the company that was saying it would buy some of our shares in investrust bank didn't and went against our agreement our board run by kasolo took no actions..... Why......?????

When it is said already said the company has no value????? It seems to my good contacts the business understanding of our ceo is to make more debt not a good company.... Why? ......

Another question my good contacts is asking about our ceo is why does his board discuss that our company that is for the good of Zambia not just to makes the money but to act properly not be treated like part our government? Why...... Why does the board he is in charge of feel they should not be looked over by the public procurement act like they discussed in may? Why.... Is it so the things they buys are not monitored my contacts are asking? Maybe so we will not know the deals he is doing with the money of our country? Like paying to much for trinity house......  or buying new vehicles for misenge? Why? What is our ceo trying to hide?????

My good contacts told me a story: In April 2016 our ceo Dr pius kasolo pushed the board of our company to increase our shares in bank investrust from 10% to 48.6% ...... That the bank was making big after tax losses already at the beginning of 2016 did not stop kasolo...... Many on the board said it was a unsound  investment but still it went ahead. ...... By May of 2016 the board was saying the buying shares in the bank was one reasons why our company was doing very bad in the financials..... The board was told by sec in October 2016 to sell shares to down below 35%...... In February 2017 the bank lost kwacha 11,731,801 when it budgets to loose 6,039,578....... So it seems clear to my contacts and me this not good investment..... So..... What is kasolo doing? He try to sell shares?.... NO......... In the middles of this year the board run by kasolo is undertaking mandatory offer with view to run the rest of shares in the bank........  thi

So like my contacts told me before even though he's told to focus his work in Zambia and not keep travelling around our ceo went off on his travelse again. This time all the way to China!!! My contacts tell me that is where he is saying he try to get money from them for his dying company. But they, my good contacts, first of all wonder how taking more money to make us more in debt to the Chinese is really helping?  We already owes so much and need to sort out the nlc situation and my contacts say the only way we can this is take money from the place making our company money kcm. But then if we takes more money from the Chinese my contacts are clear we are basically giving our company to them as we won't be able to pay them back then we will be chinese because these people's are not stupid and now how to take things from us. Today I was thinking to write to you about the questions my contact who are very good have about the investrust bank and why kasolo want to be shareholder in this bank with our company money. But instead I have my good contacts asking the question about his more travels. I think I tell you before about our Dr Kasolo being told he must stay in Zambia to focus to win our court case. But? He is not in the office it seems. Not even the country. So my friends, where is he??? And don't woray I will still get the informations on the bank, it's coming!

Since becoming the CEO of our company Pius has Kasolo has got many more benefits than the CEOs before say my contacts. Why? Is he doing such a good job for the company he deserves it? From the evidences my contacts keep telling me it does not seem so - the company loses more money each year. Is it because he works so hard? If so why did he recently get told he has to travel less...because he doesn't focus on the running the company that is why. Is it because he is using the company to take care of him? Yes! My contacts tell me he gets up to $600 to attend board meetings.  In Lusaka, where he lives??? They also tell me he got up to $180,000 for a car. And $800,000, yes, $800,000 for his house according to them! They tell me he gets education costs of up to four children. And money for a maid and gardener. And no wonder he likes to travel, he gets more allowances than our President! He gets all of these things while the ordinary people of ZCCM he is not lo

To my and my friends who are together at the zccm-ih we are really really wondering what our CEO Kasolo is up to and where his interests really lie. So, he is the head of the our company that looks after the mining of zambia for the good of our country not the individual interests of him. At least that is our understanding. So, why is he allowed to be linked to all of these companies that work in the mining sector and makes money from the mining? Why does he have the Utaka Mining Zambia company that never did any work and made any filings but was started to work in the mining industry ask my contacts? My contacts is also asking why was he allowed to stay at concrete lining products after he became the ceo of our company and more than that is pushing for us to move into the market for concrete even though everyone keeps telling him it is not a good idea financially?? My good contacts tell me that it is known that at the end concrete lining products is belonging to his family

You know the only reason Kasolo came back to Zambia? He trys to say it is because he wanted to bring his experience and help our company to make money. He doesn't care about our company or the country of his birth. He is not interested in helping us to be better at all I don't think. From what the whispers are in the corridors of our company Kasolo is only our CEO because his companies failed in South Africa. From this information from my good contacts I ask some more questions and find out that our CEO was responsible for the family business in South Africa - Zambezi Holdings and the companies below it that it owns had to keep closing when Kasolo was in charge. It seems for whatever reason our CEO has never had a good head with the business! He had to keep closing companies and I am thinking that people were losing their jobs. And what did he do? He ran to the safety of Zambia. He is not a good businessman at all so why did he get a job as being in charge of a company

Is Kasolo made of that material where things just slide off you? It seems so because he is still getting away with putting himself before our people of Zambia and it makes me mad! My good contacts tell me that still these days he talk talk talk about his favorite cement project and not worrying about the good hardworking Zambians who may lose their jobs from NLC. Why does he not have to answer questions in the public about these things they talk about behind closed doors but which have big impacts on normal people? I say that he has to prove he is a good leader as I hear from some people that more and more of the people at out company think he is not, from my good contacts. Surely if he wants to be our next president he should show how he cares about the people and their problems not only keeping his big fat pockets of kwacha full. I think the theme comes through from the points I keep making are that our CEO Mr. Pius Kasolo is NOT GOOD FOR ZCCM BUSINESS. Like my contacts saying if you are running a company where the revenues keeps deteriorating and you end up losing more than Kwacha 4,000 million (as you see in online statements) it seems it is not a strong head and hand leading our company. Maybe it is a little bit ok to be bad at business when you are only looking after the fortune of your family in another country like South Africa as my good contact tell me Mr. Kasolo did. Then if you are not good at business and crash it to the ground maybe a few people lose their jobs. But, if you are not able to run a company well that is for the people of Zambia and gives important jobs to many of our peoples then I feel that is a different matter. My contacts who walk the corridors of our senior management offices have so far given me many good examples of where our CEO Mr. Pius Kasolo has made decisions that may have hurt the company but were good for him but today they give me an example that is pure and simple showing that he, our CEO, is basically just not very good at running our company. This example is Ndola Lime Company... This company has been going down and down from under Kasolo to the point now that it owes K282 million that our ZCCM management has guaranteed as I saw from a statement made on the ZCCM forum.
