Kasolo opposite of patriotic and is failure at business
You know the only reason Kasolo came back to Zambia? He trys to say it is because he wanted to bring his experience and help our company to make money.
He doesn't care about our company or the country of his birth. He is not interested in helping us to be better at all I don't think. From what the whispers are in the corridors of our company Kasolo is only our CEO because his companies failed in South Africa.
From this information from my good contacts I ask some more questions and find out that our CEO was responsible for the family business in South Africa - Zambezi Holdings and the companies below it that it owns had to keep closing when Kasolo was in charge. It seems for whatever reason our CEO has never had a good head with the business!
He had to keep closing companies and I am thinking that people were losing their jobs. And what did he do? He ran to the safety of Zambia.
He is not a good businessman at all so why did he get a job as being in charge of a company that is very important to our country. My good sources higher up the corridors tell me that only because Kasolo is a Kasolo and his uncles and cousins and brothers have to take care of him, even if he is failure!
But we see as in the posts before that our company ZCCM is falling down and down financially so the question has to be how long will it be before Kasolo gives up and runs away from his big mess? He is not strong and we should be careful not to forget these stories from South Africa.
