ZCCM-IH Miner Angry with CEO Pius Kasolo

Forget cement, I think a much more interesting example of how our CEO Dr. PIus Kasolo is messing with our company to look after only himself. So, as part of our grand plans for diversification to hide the fact we can't make money off the natural resources of our own land because our management failed, Mr. CEO decided we must increase our invest in Investrust bank from 10% to just more than 48% in April 2016 according to my contacts in high management in our company,people who see and hear things during their work and have had enough so am sharing their informations with me. Why the company made this decision in the first place is big question as even by April 2016 it would have seemed that the bank was losing money.  In fact, my contacts told me the board and Kasolo knew well that the bank was in trouble and in the end it lost about 10 million kwacha in the first half of 2016. The question after where the Trinity House money went is why is our CEO Dr. Pius Kasolo still obsessed with cement? My contacts who hear the subjects the top people of our company discuss are asking why, when the company is losing more kwacha everyday why did we have a second ground breaking ceremony for the Ndola Cement? Kasolo failed to get the investment after the first ground breaking so why is he having another one? Also, when the government shareholders have, according to my contacts, made it very clear at a number of board meetings since 2014 that they don't see any reason for more cement to be made in the country, especially after Dangote came here, why are we going against them still? Even though it is being discussed that we will sell Ndola Lime, according to my contacts, because it is in such bad financial situation Dr. Pius Kasolo still arguing at board meetings held in June 2017 that we need to keep the cement part of our company. I have been informed by my very reliable contacts high up in the company of our giant the ZCCM that there were issues with the purchase of our new offices in Trinity House!!! My contacts told me that it was proposed by the Kasolo board to the Investment Committee to purchase offices in the Lusaka Trinity Park complex as part of our diversification programme in March 2015. At this meeting Kasolo's board had already put in their proposal that the purchase would cost around $9 million says my contact.   The board claimed that we would get our money back from the purchase in seven years. My contact says that the investment committee told Kasolo's board to look at other investments AND the ZPPA had the opinions that the cost of $9 million was above the market price and it seems they didnt approve it to pay so much money for the offices.  My contacts told me management was supposed to negotiate with the then owners of Trinity Park, Micmar Investments Properties, over the price,

There are a number of examples that I feel the need to give you in an true effort to save our company ZCCM-IH and ensure our management are held accountable for their actions. That is all I ask for after all, that we make some steps towards running a good and clean company. Very reluctantly I have been given no other option but to take the information I share here to the next level because I have to try my hardest to get people to listen to me. Before I made it like a joke that our CEO Pius Kasolo spends so much company money when he goes travelling but it is not really a joke.  In the opinion of many of us too much when it is the money of our company which is struggling he should have some honour and behave like a gentleman not a playboy. I mean, why does he have to spend around GBP4,500 on four nights in the exclusive May Fair hotel in the posh and expensive area of the city.  He was supposed to go help ZCCM-IH make money and settle our fights, not make us more broke.

I did promise I would come back with informations didn't I? Well here I am!!! Even though the country is going CRAZY right now and we must take care not to anger our leaders because we want a stable country I still have to keep explaining why ZCCM-IH CEO PIUS KASOLO MUST GO. So far I told you about his nice big house and nice car, and good education for his children which don't even live in Zambia.  All of it paid by ZCCM and therefore by the workers who spend their days down the mines filling their lungs with dust.  Did I mention  the maid???? And the gardener????? What else did I tell you?  Oh that he spends even more of our money when he goes away on "company business" and how one hour of meetings means 5 nights in a five star hotel. You see, I did not go to work today because I am following the example set by the man who is the leader of ZCCM-IH and says all the time he is focused on making the company great for all of us, our CEO Dr. Pius Kasolo.  He says he works all the time to save the company but in reality he is just using company time and money to have nice holidays. So, today I boycott work. Pius expects us to work all the time to try to save the company so he will be able to claim the victory of being like the Christ and the savior but off he keeps flying in his business class seats to London, J'burg, Canada, Dubai and China. But it is for work, for the company I can hear Pius calling from his five star hotel room.  But sorry, I can't hear him because his mouth is full of expensive wine!! I can be quiet no longer, I have to say what is in my heart so the good, HARDWORKING people of Zambia see what is happening infront our noses.  It effects us because it is we, the people who suffer and I say ENOUGH. ZCCM-IH is dying.  Our Giant is slowly being hit with stones like Goliath from David only our Giant is a good one that could work for us, the people but instead it is being taken down stone hit after stone hit. Where are the stone coming from?  They are coming from inside, like a cancer growing and exploding, it is coming from our CEO. We work so hard and they take our jobs away because we are going to the broke.  I tell you, he works very very little and he is rewarded time and again with more benefits.  What could be worse than this?  The benefits are coming from him, he is taking from us himself and giving to himself again and again.
